You're ready to take the next step in your your skincare journey! We've set you a daily ritual which builds upon the basics, focusing on the daily cleansing, moisturising and skin restoration. Consistency is still key; use these products day and night to achieve healthy skin.
Effective Daily Ritual-
STEP 1 - Cleanse
Washing your face is an important to step to clean and clear excessive buildup, dirt and toxins, and to help refresh healthy new skin.
Ideally, alternate two cleansing / exfoliating products within your routine. With sensitive skin, we recommend using the Charcoal Cleansing Stick and the Lipid Vitamin Cleansing Oil in rotation. The Cleansing Oil will give you an effective enzymatic exfoliation without causing sensitivities.
Use both in the shower, or at the sink, in the morning and evening (it doesn't matter which is used at either time). Apply to damp skin, massage all over face and neck and then rinse thoroughly. Pat dry.

STEP 2 - Moisturise
Keeping your skin hydrated and protected throughout the day is arguably the most important daily skin health step.
Start with Marine Healing Essence; this works to effectively soothe, calm and nourish the skin, whilst, importantly, preparing the skin to better absorb your moisturiser.
When you're suffering from extremely dry skin or sensitivity flare ups, we highly recommend Daily Relief Cream. This is specifically designed to help improve sensitive skin conditions, such as dermatitis, by focusing on deep hydration and soothing.

Step 3. Sun Protection.
It's super important to wear an SPF every day, especially if you'll be exposed to the sun. Light Lotion is a brilliant 2-in-1 product - effectively hydrating and offering SPF50 broad-spectrum protection. This can be used straight after Daily Face Fuel in the morning, or on its own as an SPF and moisturiser.

STEP 4 - Treat
Your next step is over-night skin nourishment and restoration. At night our skin enters repair mode; we want to feed it with high-concentrate products that aim to help the skin repair and restore.
To start, choose one of the following products to use in the evening, depending on your preference (oil - hydration, serum - anti-ageing, Moisture Mask - a thicker night cream for hydration). Look to add a second on rotation when you're ready.
if you're suffering really sensitive skin, reuse Daily Relief Cream at night too.
Pro-tip - use the Marine Healing Essence again before you use these products.
