Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, a second email with tracking information will be sent.

Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these charges.
Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: Please note that if your order requires a signature and does not have "Authority to Leave," it will be rejected and will require an alternate address for delivery. Only Australia Post accepts deliveries to P.O. Boxes, which may take longer and is not always the most cost-effective option. We recommend using a physical address where possible to ensure a smoother and faster delivery process.
International Destinations: Currently, we ship to select countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hunter@hunterlab.com.au.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive this email or if the tracking link does not work, please contact us at hunter@hunterlab.com.au.
Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hunter@hunterlab.com.au. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt at hunter@hunterlab.com.au with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Specific Delivery Guidelines
We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes provided. However, specific delivery dates or times cannot be guaranteed, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Weekend and Public Holidays: Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday–Friday).
Order Modifications: Once placed, orders cannot be edited, added to, or canceled.
Secure Delivery
To ensure the safe receipt of your parcel:
We recommend providing a delivery address where someone can sign for the package during delivery hours.
Alternatively, you can opt for ‘Authority to Leave’ during checkout, allowing the parcel to be left in a secure location at your address. By selecting this option, you acknowledge that Hunter Lab and its couriers are not responsible for any loss or damage to unattended parcels.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we cannot process split shipments within a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, please create separate orders for each delivery destination.
