Can I buy Hunter Lab in a shop?

Yes – head to our stockist page, https://hunterlab.com.au/stockist/ simply type in your postcode and the closest retailers will appear on the map

How do I check on my order?

Hunter Lab will send you an email with a link to your tracking information once your order has been despatched. If the link does not work, please email hunter@hunterlab.com.au and we can resupply detailed tracking information

Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

If you would like to change your order once you have placed it, please email hunter@hunterlab.com.au . There may be restrictions if the order has been shipped prior to contact

Will you ship to me Internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Currently, all international orders placed with Hunter Lab will include a flat Express Shipping rate of A$30

How do I contact Hunter Lab?

Can I order by telephone?

No, all orders must be completed via hunterlab.com.au or through our retail partners

What if an item is out of stock?

We endeavor to make sure our stock is available, however if something is out of stock, please contact hunter@hunterlab.com.au and we will be able to notify you when it is due for restock

What payment method does Hunter Lab accept?

We offer PayPal, Stripe, Afterpay, Zip Pay and Apple Pay as payment gateways, which all offer secure VISA, Mastercard and Amex payment options

When can I expect my order?

If an order is placed over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday – Friday)

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other StarTrack delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Hunter Lab’s reasonable control

Can I get a refund or return my product?

For refunds and returns, please contact hunter@hunterlab.com.au and we will do our best to assist you further with your enquiry. We will not accept any returns of product which have been used or are not in original condition. For further information please head to our Deliveries and Returns page

How much does shipping cost?

Hunter Lab offers free shipping on all Australian orders over $70. For any Australian order under $70, we offer a $10 flat rate shipping fee. International orders have a flat rate fee of A$30.

Is it safe to use my credit card at Hunter Lab?

Yes – we use PayPal, Stripe and Afterpay payment gateways. We do not store any credit card information.

Will my package be left at my door? Do I have to sign for it, or can I give authority to leave?

At checkout you have the option to choose either; ‘Authority To Leave’ or ‘Signature Upon Delivery’. If you don’t click either, it will automatically default to ‘Authority To Leave’. With this option, if you are not home to sign for your parcel, it will be left in a safe place. If there is no safe place, it will be taken to the closest Australia Post/StarTrack Parcel Drop off point and the tracking link will be updated with the relevant information. A note may be left by the Courier (StarTrack Express), however this is not always the case and is dependant on the delivery driver If no option is selected, and Authority To Leave is the default selection, with the purchase confirmation you are confirming that your order can be left outside the premises of the shipping address and you are aware that Hunter Lab will not take any further responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur once the order has been left

What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

If you do not receive your order, please check the shipping link provided to determine if it is still in transit, or has been redirected to a dropoff point. If the link has not been updated, or is unclear, please email hunter@hunterlab.com.au with your order number and we will help locate your parcel. If any of your skin health tools arrive damaged, please take a photo and email it through to us and we will arrange for new product to be sent out

GIFTS & PACKAGING

Can I buy Hunter Lab as a gift and have it shipped as one?

Yes, at Hunter Lab all of our skin health tools make great gifting options. At the checkout, you may choose to have your order shipped with ‘Premium’ or ‘No Frills’ packaging along with a personal note, which will be included in the purchase. Please see our Gifting category for pre-made Hunter Lab gift sets

What will my order arrive in?

We have two packaging options. If you choose ‘No Frills’ , your skin health tools will come wrapped in plain protective paper and packaged in a recyclable cardboard shipping box. If you choose Premium Packaging , your skin health tools will come packaged in our luxe black, recyclable box, wrapped in protective paper and finished with a branded linen piece

Can I add a card to my order?

Yes, you can. Just click ‘Gifting Option’ at checkout to include a personalised note and image if you wish

Are Hunter Lab products safe to use during pregnancy?

Whilst Hunter Lab takes every measure to ensure there is nothing harmful to the skin or the body in any of our formulas, when it comes to pregnancy it is always best to first check with your GP on products you put on, and in, your body

Do Hunter Lab products have an expiry date?

The Hand & Body Wash, Hand & Body Lotion, Invigorating Shampoo and Nourishing Conditioner, will last 12 months once opened. The Exfoliating Hand & Body Bar, Pinot Grape Skin Bath Soak and Pinot Grape Skin Body Scrub will last up to 24 months. All other products will last 36 months once they are opened

What if I have an adverse reaction to a Hunter Lab product?

In the event you experience an adverse reaction from using a Hunter Lab product, please discontinue use immediately and flush the area with cool water. If the reaction is severe, please consult your GP.

Do Hunter Lab products contain alcohol?

No, all our products are free from alcohol, including our 24 Hour Hand Sanitiser. You may notice ingredients in our products called Cetly, Stearyl and Cetearyl Alcohol; fear not, these are fatty alcohols derived from plants, not nasty ethanol derived alcohols. They are used to effectively condition and soften the skin and hair.

Can I use Hunter Lab hydrating products under makeup?

Yes, we encourage you to use our hydrating products such as the Daily Face Fuel and Peptide Anti-Ageing Elixir under makeup to keep the skin nourished and prepped for makeup application

How should I store my Hunter Lab products?

We recommend that you store all Hunter Lab products in a cool, dry area, and always under 30 degrees celcius

We make every endeavour to formulate without known allergens. Can I use Hunter Lab if I have sensitive skin?

Hunter Lab products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind; we do not include any ingredients with a history of exacerbating sensitives. We have had excellent feedback from customers who do usually experience sensitivity that our products are gentle on their skin. If your skin is sensitive, as with any new addition to your skincare routine, we would recommend a patch test prior to applying the product over the entire face or body. If I have oily skin, what are the best Hunter Lab products for me?

To assist in balancing oil-production, we would recommend the following routine:

Cleanse: Charcoal Cleansing Stick – gently yet effectively removes excess oil, balances sebum production and lifts away dirt and debris from the skin

Exfoliate: Either the Cleansing Facial Scrub or Charcoal Mud Mask 1-2 times per week

Treat: If you are concerned with signs of ageing such as fine lines, wrinkles, loss of elasticity or uneven skin tone, the Peptide Anti-Ageing Elixir is a clinically proven anti-ageing treatment that can be used morning and/or night

Protect: Daily Face Fuel – the ultimate daily moisturiser to weightlessly hydrate, protect and smooth skin

If I am a teenager, what are the best Hunter Lab products for me?

Teenage skin can be extremely temperamental, sparked by the influx of hormones of adolescence. We recommend committing to a simple, daily routine of cleansing, exfoliating and moisturising to keep the skin clean and hydrated. For example:

Cleanse: Charcoal Cleansing Stick – Use daily morning and night

Exfoliate: Charcoal Mud Mask – Use 1 – 2 times weekly

Protect: Daily Face Fuel – Use after cleansing both morning and night

If you are experiencing severe acne and/or congestion, we recommend consulting with your GP or dermatologist

If I have acne, is it okay to use Hunter Lab?

Yes, you can absolutely use Hunter Lab products if you are experiencing acne. However, depending on its severity and how it responds to topical products, it is always recommended to consult with your GP or a dermatologist

Can I use Hunter Lab if I have Eczema?

Yes, you can absolutely use Hunter Lab products if you have Eczema. However, if you are aware of specific ingredients which may exacerbate your symptoms, please read the ingredient listings and try a patch test prior to application

I am female, can I use Hunter Lab?

Yes, Hunter Lab products are unisex and fantastic for all skin types

How can skincare be uni-sex?

Hunter Lab products are formulated for all skin types, regardless of gender. Our skin’s biocompatibility with the plant world means natural ingredients are fantastic at nourishing and protecting our skin. Whilst there a subtle difference between men’s and women’s skin, such as thickness and oil production, with a natural and effective ritual these differences are generally addressed by Hunter Lab products and maintaining hydrated, nourished skin

Do Hunter Lab products contain Sodium Lauryl Sulphate?

No, Hunter Lab products are formulated without Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS)

How do i change my delivery address?

It’s easy to change your shipping address, in “My Account’ select “Subscriptions” from the menu in your portal. Select ‘Edit’ and save your new information.  Alternatively, please contact us. Please note: 

We cannot reroute orders already in transit; however, you may be able to make arrangements with the shipping carrier directly.

Do I need an account with Hunter Lab to place a Subscription order?

Yes, in order to retain your basic contact information, and charge your preferred payment method (via the secure payment gateways), and so you can view, change or cancel your subscriptions, you will need an account.
