At Hunter Lab it is our unwavering goal to provide you with exemplary customer service - your complete satisfaction with our products is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of purchase via email at or by phone at +61 407 811 597. We will work with you to offer a refund or exchange. After this 7 day period, only unopened, unused and untested merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of your package upon its delivery to us. Hunter Lab will not be held liable for returns that are damaged, destroyed or lost en route back to us, so please select a secure shipping method for your returns and keep proof of return. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
We process orders Monday through Friday (9:00AM – 5:00PM AEDT) in the order they are received, following credit approval. For Australian Metro orders received prior to 12pm we strive to have your package ready for shipment the same day. For Major Metro orders received after 2pm, we ship the next business day. There may be slight delay if purchase is made over the weekend or on a public holiday

We post orders anywhere in Australia using Couriers Please to ensure you get your order as soon as possible. Shipping costs are based on weight, size and destination and are calculated during the checkout process

We ship international orders using the Australia Post International service, and regularly ship packages all over the world. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Please contact us directly if your destination is not available at checkout

All orders are tracked and require a signature on arrival. If you are not available to sign for your parcel a calling card will be left by Couriers Please. Just get in contact with them and they will redeliver and can leave the goods without a signature with your approval
